SIA "IxCom" is a private Latvian company, which was established on May 9, 2005.

The company's core business is the design and construction of telecommunications, power supply systems and networks, as well as surveying and geodesy.

Designing

We are one of the leading designers of electronic communication networks, power supply systems and lighting systems in Latvia, our company combines the many years of experience of experts with the passion of young specialists, the desire to solve problems and the ability to look for solutions in the most difficult situations. We develop various types of projects: external and internal electronic communication networks of private houses, external and internal electronic communication networks of office buildings, production premises, commercial premises and apartment buildings, main data networks between cities and base stations, power supply systems and external lighting for roads, bridges and buildings, as well as executive documentation - geodesy.

Construction

Our team of experts ensures the full cycle of construction works, from receiving of all necessary permits to the commissioning of the facilities, including the development and coordination of traffic management schemes, development of the work design, geodetic surveying and preparation of the executive survey.

We also do construction works for technical equipment of the railway infrastructure. Our construction managers have successfully passed the theoretical examination based on Clause 12 of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 360 of 2 May 2006 “Regulations on Railway Specialists”, and are entitled to test the knowledge of specialists.

Experience

More than 2,300 EST and ELT projects have been fully completed in 10 years. On average, 13 EST and 8 ELT projects are launched and completed each month. The average development time of each project is 4-5 months, which includes the process from signing the contract with the client to obtaining a building permit.

In 2020 and 2021, 80 objects of electronic communication networks with a total length of 50 km were built and put into operation, 200 cable communication manholes were installed in 27 cities and municipalities of Latvia. Construction of cable canalisation in 15 different development construction sites in cooperation with site developers. Construction works of communication networks have been performed in important objects such as “Eastern Highway” and railway station “Riga” within the framework of the project “Rail Baltica”.

In Germany, we have implemented 5 projects with a total length of 21 km, installing 165 connections to private houses, Cable canalization with a total length of 10 km has been built in Tallinn, in cooperation with Estonian colleagues.
